Very pleasant New Year's Eve stay - thank you Sean! Place even has a nice hang out "bar" area and located 5 min stroll from the Eyre Square - highly recommended.

AVOID- Awful in every regard. Small, pokey and certainly not suitable for children. So minimal, the borderline bare basics. A dated bed spread and beds shoved under eaves in the converted attic. The TV didnt work and was then moved to another room where that tv did, but didnt have a remote control and 4 stations. The breakfast consists of toast, fruit, warm ham, cheese and processed packaged croissants....wheres the traditional breakfast or even poached/scrambled eggs. There are pots and pans collecting leaks and drips in the living quarters. This place is for stag parties and not much else. Its on the bare bones of its arse and could benefit greatly by having some much needed investment. €145 for a nights stay.....legally robbed in my opinion

Walked in lost, hoping for some help as I had booked an Airbnb nearby but needed a minute of WiFi (didn't get an international SIM card) to get my bearings. I came across who I suspect to be the proprietor (older, balding guy with white hair and beard) and asked him for help. He immediately starting into me, saying that "All Americans are a pain in the ass" and how I had everything I needed (I didn't) and how I was the worst (I'm not). He was horribly rude and aggressive. I walked out, thanking him for his trouble. I got to the car to figure out what to do next, and when I drove away, he had made his way to the end of the driveway to glare at me as I drove my wife and mother away.

Avoid this place, plenty of options on College Rd.
