  It's hard to fault this place. We were told when we arrived that there is no kitchen facilities on site but since it's only a short walk into Salthill, that didn't bother us. It cost 20 euro to pitch our tent which was about average.
  
  The owner was a delight, the showers were free and kept really clean. What more could you want?

  Did everything they could to facilitate us and our dog in a suitable spot so dog had a little freedom. Toilets clean.

  Camped here for only €10 and had unlimited hot showers, access to a clean toilet block and outdoor sink for washing up.
  There is no kitchen but everything else made up for that. A really lovely friendly man ran the place who very kindly let us use his electricity!
  There is unlimited WiFi and a garage with a shop within a 2 min walk.
  You can get to the beach easily - a 4 min walk from the site.
  It’s a great little site and seems a lot more reasonable than the one next door!!

  Great place to stay. Beautiful views & staff very friendly & helpful. Price was good considering it was the bank holiday. Showers were excellent & free.....
