Surprisingly I wasn't a massive gym goer yet had a massive interest in fitness. I was definitely nervous about the course as I thought I would be out of my depth however it was one of the best decisions I've made. The team are extremely professional, facilities are top class, I never once felt intimidated and enjoyed every minute of it.
