  Absolutely have to love Scotty's! Now it might not taste exactly like American food but it's as good as Irish gets all the beef is 100% locally Irish sourced too which is great for the community ! Really good portion sizes and also they have a great starters menu! The ribs and wings are amazing and you should try the different sauce options ! Huge selection of burgers also and the menu is up online so you can see what you want before you go in! I'd love if it was open more often as it only opens Wednesday to Sunday and closes quite early in the evening which is the only down side !

  Just had food at Scotty's. Just like a proper American diner in decor and in good portion size. The food was very tasty and the kids and adults alike really enjoyed their food. The price was very reasonable too.
  The staff were very accommodating and had no problem welcoming a party of 6 very close to closing time.
  We would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Galway city.

  Visited here last Sunday, (2 Adults & 5 children).... write sat at a table as it DIDN'T have any signs up ""wait to be seated"", only to be asked to get up while the next 5 people in the line were seated. I assumed that the lady who did so was going to find us another table, but she came back and gave the others their menu & told us she couldn't accommodate our party of 7 without prior booking.. as they were running out of food.... by hearing this the other 5 customers also left... while we were sitting into our cars outside, she ran out of the restaurant urging us all to come back in that she had 18 burgers left that she could give us, it we had to wait for other customers to finish eating.
  Very badly manages, obviously don't run too well under pressure and horrible customer service.....

  Hands down the Best Burger Joint Ever. The food is incredible, service is excellent and the owners are passionate and dedicated to giving people a top class experience every time. You need to go hungry and I also.suggest you read the menu in advance. With over 58 burgers to choose feom (beef or chicken) not to mention the mouth-watering starters, you will read that menu like it's your last meal! Finally, please note, your burger comes out with a steak knife through it . Jenny will tell you its to keep that perfectly stacked burger just the way it is for you to enjoy. But I prefer to think it's there for me to use to defend my plate from anyone who dares to touch my food!

  Cannot fault this place in anyway it has it all, great atmosphere lovely staff & wonderful food. We try to visit here anytime we are in Galway it's priceless ....

  Best chicken wings outside America. great burgers. Good price. Great service! Really friendly staff. Favourite restaurant in ireland.

  Went here for lunch to avoid the stupid Galway traffic. Wasn't disappointed. Had a really good chicken burger which would be a great meal even without the burger bun. Real nice staff too. Yep, I'll be there again..
