- Avril Allshire-Howe Added 07/04/2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★Downstairs as might be expected there were people on a variety of missions:- buying lunch to go; advice on when a specific gin would be in stock; and Christmas hampers. It was all happening & still every member of staff smiled and welcomed customers in Irish & English. I queued halfway up the stairs for a seat in the small bustling restaurant. Asking for a hot chocolate with marshmallows, it arrived with my portion of Banoffie Gateau. This was subtly flavoured & every crumb was eaten. I watched the world go by for another 10 minutes before regretfully paying my bill and leaving with a silent promise to myself to return very soon.
