- Kirsten Curran Added 10/09/2017★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Middle-of-the-road overall. Location good, food OK, staff friendly, service ok. Had ran out of some things on menu (no cannelloni starters, no prosecco) but scallop starter nice as was monkfish main. Duck main not great...overcooked & quite tough. Value overall only so-so. In summary, not a disaster by any means but not memorable either - mediocre in the broader scheme of eateries in Galway which are generally at a good level. There are certainly 4 or 5 other restaurants in Galway at this price point that I would chose ahead of here.
